It’s safe to say that hospitality is in the Tisch family’s DNA. That’s because the notable Loews Hotels & Resorts history dates back to 1946, when brothers Larry and Bob Tisch purchased their first property known as Laurel-in-the-Pines, in the New Jersey woodlands. In just a brief time the brothers turned this hotel into a true destination. Following that success, they added more properties. Today, this innovative company has the next generation at its helm. Jonathan Tisch is the second generation to guide the hospitality company and Loews Hotels & Resorts, while Andrew and James Tisch oversee other subsidiaries. The lessons learned from their visionary patriarchs about value, service and commitment still run through everything we do and how Loews operates. While the Loews Hotels & Resorts history is rich, we have an eye on tomorrow—and that means understanding today’s traveler. Each of Loews Hotels' distinctive properties has its own point of view. Accomodation

When your hotel is located at the corner of chic and hip (OK, Hollywood and Highland), it’s a lot to live up to. Good thing we’re up for the challenge. Each and every one of our newly renovated 628 guestrooms and lavish suites is decorated in a refined mix of slate gray plus deep violet and burnt orange accents. The colors may be dramatic but the overall feel is one of sophistication and serenity. Modern wallpaper, cerused oak furniture and iconic Eames chairs complete the look. Since our hotel is a commanding 20 floors, we have some of the best views in the city. Depending on which way your guestroom faces, you could be treated to panoramas of the landmark Hollywood sign, the glittering city lights, the Capitol Records building or the TCL Chinese Theatre. Naturally, all of our accommodations are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, and our crisp 100% cotton sheets, embroidered robes and Comfort Zone skin and body products ensure you’ll feel pampered throughout your stay.

With California-inspired cuisine and flirty cocktails at every turn, you’re sure to feel like a star while you dine with us at Loews Hollywood Hotel. At H2 Kitchen & Bar and Preston’s, you’re smack in the middle of Hollywood and surrounded by jaw-dropping views to prove it. Our newly renovated restaurant and lounge are all about making life easier and tastier. You can use our electrical outlets to catch up on work in the lounge at H2 Kitchen & Bar, but don't forget to refuel with an order from our small plates menu. You could also take Happy Hour or the concept of a TV dinner to the next level and catch the game on our 120-inch big-screen media wall with a handcrafted cocktail in hand. For a healthy or hearty breakfast or lunch, Preston’s is great for all ages.
